About Me

If there is one thing that has followed me throughout every chapter of my life, it’s curiosity. I’ve always wanted to understand how things work. The more complicated something is, the more interested I tend to become and the more determined I am to figure out a solution. Long before that mindset found its way into mortgages, it showed up quite a few different ways...

I grew up in Windsor, Ontario, just across the river from Detroit (affectionately known as the Motor City) and developed an interest in both cars and motorsports in my late teens. What began as curiosity quickly became a desire to understand them mechanically. Soon enough, I wasn’t just working on my cars; I was putting them to the test, whether it was drifting my E46 BMW or lapping my Subaru WRX on the track. It was a whole new world, and there weren’t many women doing what I was doing. But I never let that slow me down. If there was something I didn’t know how to do, I asked questions. I learned. And with every problem I solved, I became a little more curious to see what I could tackle next.

That same curiosity and drive is what ultimately brought me up here to Peterborough in the first place. At 20 years old, I packed my bags and left Windsor on my own, bound for Trent University where I earned my degree in Environmental Science. Over the years, I had fallen in love with the area and after graduating, I decided to stay. What had begun as a fun little adventure in my late teens had evolved into my new home.

Since then, my life has expanded into Northumberland county, where I've spent the last few years enjoying everything Port Hope and Cobourg have to offer. Both the Peterborough and Northumberland communities have become a special part of my story, and I love splitting my time between them. From embedding myself into the local grassroots motorsports communities to purchasing my own home here in 2025, I’ve built a life that is entirely my own. This area isn't just "where I came to study" anymore. It’s home.

I’m so proud to build my business in the communities that became such an important part of my story, and grateful for the opportunity to help others make confident financial decisions as they write their own.
